Like the title says, locking my thread about Iront's point will not make the problem of inactive mods go away.
Yeah, the mods and 4PP members should go and discuss this in the private mod forum. Unfortunately, the mods apparently don't see this as being a problem, and the only 4PP member I see on the forum is Travis. Brad and David make posts once in a while, but honestly, it doesn't seem like they check most of the threads here.
How can I honestly say that the mods don't see it as a problem when I'm not in their heads? The turn out of the first thread. Apparently, most of you are f*cking blind, or just don't want to admit that you haven't been a good mod. Either way, the problem is there, the problem needs to be solved, and I think that the community should be allowed to voice their opinions on this matter.
I won't be silenced. If you're going to lock threads simply because they go against what you say, I will lose every ounce of respect for you. Not only is it plain bullshit, but it's retarded.
Now, IkusaGT locked the last thread because he doesn't see it going anywhere but to a flame war? I'm pretty sure that we were acting civil and not insulting each other. I'm pretty sure that the other thread was more of a thinktank on the problem.
That said, I'd now like to turn my attention to the last post made on the matter; Jennadi's.
I have every right to voice my opinion of what I think should happen, thank you. And if that right is taken, I'm afraid I will lose every ounce of respect I ever had for those responsible for taking it. True, the people that will take it won't care, but my point will stand.
I'm not ignorant of anything about the goings on of chat, except that which is kept secret from the public, and even then I know some things I shouldn't.
That said, Jokergirl is not "Nikki." It's Miss_Nicole_Marie. Missjokergirl is simply on hiatus. Perhaps you should learn what's happening before you make your self appear the fool?
Most of the time, they do give fair warning unless it's someone they've warned before or it's a regular that knows chat rules, or a forum member that ought to know the rules. Iront is a great mod who does his job well.
As for your "only" time out being from him, you're not on enough to get timed out by anyone else except maybe Lenali

That said, I suggest the removal of many of the moderators. Perhaps replacements, though I don't see them being needed since the ones that remain would be doing their jobs.
I have seen a jump in activity since Project M, though I still see almost all of the mods going AFK. I'm confident that the mods that suddenly started showing up again are going to leave again soon.
Now then, solving the problem; I put up my suggestion. Let's hear yours, or your criticism of mine.

Dark, you had no place to suggest removal or probation of mods.
There's a lot of things going on that you are obviously ignorant to.
missjokergirl is the "Nikki" in the 4PP icon right now.
I believe she is having health issues and has had/is recovering from operations.

And I find it funny that out of all the mods you like Iront the most because I've only gotten timed out once, and it was by him. I wasn't given any warning either so I laugh my ass off whenever people say the mods give "fair warning" before they ban or time out somebody.

He timed me out THEN said "You should know better." Obviously, I wasn't aware I couldn't use the term "fag" or I never would have said it seeing as I always follow the rules.
