I want you gentlemen to be up to date on posting threads where we ask questions to be on the podcast.

I think your Justin.tv Channel could use a FAQ. I'd like to see more Highlights in the Playlist. Other than that... you guys are doing great, love the show.

Basically all the stuff that Cosmic said.
But again, there's my idea of having a set list of all the games you guys have finished, and linking to it on the actual broadcast page, to deal with that issue of people asking for games that were already beaten. You only have ONE rule posted on there, so I think you can afford just one more.
That, and I, personally, would love it if 4PP's highlights were more episode-based. For example, the Fatal Frame episodes you guys have - a LOT are missing for some reason. I mean, watching the Condemned episodes was great, but that really seems to have slowed down recently. Why?
Also, the deletion of unnecessary highlights is more or less a must - ESPECIALLY clips that don't even have anything to do with you guys, like a clip from a movie you showed or something.
But really, my two BIGGEST issues are the same as everyone else's - the chat is too chaotic, and JTV can't hold a feed to save it's life. My suggestion for that, is that you make a private chat for specific members of your choosing.

having a next page option in threads, rather than clicking a box, deleting the number in ther,e typing a new one and then hitting go, its the only forum ive ever had to do it on and its annoying.

There is a next page option, it's 2 arrows that look like "<<" or ">>".
They appear to the left of that number box you are referring to.

I'd like less slow-mode in the chat and maybe some sort've hint as to when you guys go live after the end of each broadcast. That's about it, really.

An updated banner for the JTV site, with clickable links to the blog, and forums.
Also there needs to be a better way to control the chat, I really think that there needs to be a clearer rules section, near the top of the window because people never scroll down.
The rules need to outline EXACTLY what is and what is not tolerated. You have to treat people on the internet as if they were small children and explain every little detail to them.
As far as the stream goes, the quality is excellent, and I think that you guys are making good progress by putting a schedule up on the blog, but lots of people don't know the blog exists, so this leads back to my first suggestion of links on the banner.
The podcast is still as great as ever, and you guys seem really dedicated to keeping the news up to date, and playing lots of games so you have stuff to talk about. The only thing is that the podcast schedule is a little irregular, which is understandable as you all have busy lives.
Other than that, keep doing what you guys do, it's a great way to deliver content that not everybody knows about.

Vent server or a teamspeak perhaps?
Maybe just moving everything to Stickam?

It would be awesome if some way you could post up in your channel, what you are playing and who is playing it. As like some sort of tag on who is broadcasting what. I doubt that will be truly possible without Jtv helping but yeah :/ That and the chat is really being overwhelmed with people who have the IQ lower than George Bush with the same questions and always annoying the Mods.

Some special guest introductions would be a nice thing the only real person that is ever on the show that doesnt belong is Jessie but she doesnt really count because she never talks much. I would like to see some more Platformers like Jak and Daxter, Spyro, etc. Also in improvement in chat by making more mods the other night there was 500 people, to many for an average of 5 mods a night.
Keep up the good work!!!

I feel that you guys may want to either turn up the audio on your mics a little bit or limit the use of music to the opening new segments and the ending because I often have a hard time hearing everyone. It would also be nice to remove the time limit for the 4 player minute since it barely ever is 1 minute anyways. Otherwise I do love how raw the podcast feels and you guys talk about some issues I rarely hear in any other gaming podcast. Keep up the good work!

all i need from 4pp is a schedule for when people are playing, like whos playing what on what day and around what time, that sounds like a lot to me so if its a hassle i can survive without it

You should leave slow mode off most of the time, it just isn't as fun with it on.
