This is the new and improved Ban Appeal thread. Based off of the older version, this new thread is more precise in dealing with appeals and the way chatters present their argument.
Example on how to approach this thread for review with proper set-up for recording:
Jtv Chatter Name___________________
"clear and truthful reason for the ban, be it rule defiance, jtv error, etc. and why you think you should have you ban overturned"
- In other words, you must show us exactly why you were banned, so make sure to include specific links you posted with or without permission and what you exactly said. The more truthful in redemption and less apathetic you are, the better.
-A mod will then either approve or disapprove based on your statement and give the clear reason for the choice. If more than one mod agrees or disagrees then there may be following conjunctions to unbanning or banning with their reasoning, which in turn may make the outcome take longer.
RULES:
Asking to be unbanned may not take place in a Private IM with a mod, or with a private message.
All ban appeals MUST take place in this new thread.
NOTE:
This thread is ONLY for ban appeals and for review. It will be monitored by forum mods and any out of place material not pertaining to the appeal will be taken out i.e random chatters giving input just because they hate the person, or random convos etc.

Note to all users banned:
If you're unbanned, but the chat room continues to say that you're banned, it's probably a problem with your cache. If this occurs, please follow these guides:
Firefox users - Go to Tools>Options>Advanced>Network Tab and hit the "Clear Now" button in the Offline Storage box.
IE Users - Tools>Internet Options>General and delete cookies and files in the Temporary Files box.
If you continue to have problems, contact JTV for support.
